Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We will do our best to change or cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact info@modafleur.com with your order number and specific request, and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.

Do you accept returns?

While we hope you love your order from the Modafleur, we understand there may be a need to return your item(s)!

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Amazon and Apple Pay.

How can I check the status on my order?

You can check the status of your order via the confirmation email you received. Click the ‘Order Status’ button to see whether your order is processing, has shipped or has been delivered.

How do I store my Modafleur jewelry?

Modafleur jewelry should be kept in the Modafleur jewelry bag you received them in for storage or traveling. 

What are the recommended care instructions? 

Our products are hand crafted and there is a possibility of slight variation between products. Modalfleur table linens and clothing should follow recommended care instructions. 

Do you do repairs?

If a repair is not due to mishandling or poor care by you, repairs are free within a year of purchasing your piece. After a year there is a repair fee. Please contact us to arrange a repair at info@modafleur.com.
