Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Please reach out if you need it sooner and we will always try to accommodate your request.  

We ship using USPS priority mail and UPS depending on the product. A tracking email will be sent to you once your package is on the way. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to your shipping.  Please also note items that are listed as pre-sale or on back-order and take into account longer shipping times.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new, unworn/unused merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your purchase (per postage tracking delivery date). New merchandise is eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges, and will be returned in the original form of payment. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged. Sale pieces cannot be returned.
